Worca Story

In 2013, fresh from UCLA with a Master's degree, software engineer Steven Lin spotted a paradox: a talent shortage in Silicon Valley, yet a wealth of untapped potential in Asia, separated by geographical barriers.

This insight sparked the creation of Worca in 2021 - a revolutionary platform bridging this global divide. What began as a remote work recruiting service quickly evolved into the world's largest Asian Talent Marketplace.

Today, Worca is more than just a hiring platform. It's a comprehensive ecosystem - an HRIS, ATS, and payment tool rolled into one. We're breaking boundaries, connecting the top 1% of Asian tech talent with world-class opportunities. Driven by excellence and integrity, we're not just filling positions - we're fostering innovation, and creating lifelong careers. With Worca, both businesses and talent thrive without limits.
