Acceptance of the Terms of Use
These terms govern access to and use of worca.io by Users and Worca, Inc. and its affiliates. By using the Platform, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The Platform is available to users 13 years or older who aren’t barred from using services under applicable laws. Users must be of legal age to form binding contracts.
Changes to the Terms of Use
Worca may revise these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Dispute resolution changes don’t apply to disputes where parties had notice before the change date. Continued use means acceptance of revisions.
User Accounts
All users must create an account before accessing the Platform.
Accessing the Platform and Account Security
Worca reserves the right to update, amend, or terminate services without notice. Users are responsible for:
- Arranging necessary access to the Platform
- Ensuring all persons accessing through their connection comply with these terms
All registration information must be correct, current, and complete. Users must keep usernames, passwords, and security information confidential and notify Worca immediately of unauthorized access. Users agree not to share account access with unauthorized persons and must log out after each session. Worca may disable any username or password at its discretion.
Company’s Intellectual Property Rights
The Platform and all content—including information, software, text, images, video, and audio—are owned by Worca or its licensors. Content is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or downloading violates these terms and may breach copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not use the Platform:
- In violation of any applicable law
- To exploit or harm minors
- To impersonate others
- In ways that restrict others’ use or enjoyment
- Using automated devices to access or monitor content
- Introducing malware or harmful code
- Attempting unauthorized access or denial-of-service attacks
- Interfering with proper functioning
User Content
The Platform contains interactive features where users may post content. User Content is non-confidential. By posting, users grant Worca and its affiliates rights to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, and distribute such content according to account settings. Users represent that they own all rights to their content and that it complies with these terms.
Monitoring and Enforcement; Termination
Worca may:
- Remove or refuse to post User Content
- Take action regarding any content deemed necessary
- Disclose user identity to third parties claiming violations
- Take legal action for illegal or unauthorized use
- Terminate or suspend access for any reason
Worca cooperates with law enforcement and may disclose identities per court orders. Users waive and hold harmless the Company from claims resulting from such actions. However, Worca doesn’t review material before posting and assumes no liability for user-generated content.

Links from the Platform
The Platform contains third-party links provided for convenience only. Worca has no control over external content and accepts no responsibility for losses arising from their use.
Geographic Restrictions
The Platform is operated from California for U.S.-based users only. Worca makes no claims about accessibility outside the U.S. International users access at their own risk and are responsible for local law compliance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided as is and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Worca disclaims all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. The Platform may not meet requirements, achieve results, work continuously, or be error-free. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions.
Limitation of Liability
Worca and its affiliates have no liability for personal injury, property damage, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to amounts actually paid by users. These limitations apply whether damages arise from breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, regardless of foreseeability. Some jurisdictions limit liability restrictions.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Worca harmless from losses, damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses—including attorneys’ fees—arising from user misuse of the Platform or breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Disputes must be submitted to binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles before a single arbitrator. The parties agree to arbitrate solely on an individual basis and the terms prohibit class arbitration or representative proceedings.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any legal action must commence within one year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, it’s permanently barred.
Waiver and Severability
Worca’s waiver of any term isn’t a continuing waiver. If any provision is found invalid, it’s eliminated while remaining provisions stay in force.
Entire Agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service constitute the complete agreement and supersede all prior understandings.
