- Timezone: Full US timezone overlap (PST, CST, EST)
- Ops: Full HR, IT, payroll handled by Worca

- Roles: Product Builders & Owners, AI QA & Eval Engineers, AI Infra Engineers, AI-First Business Managers, Supply Chain Engineers, Semiconductor Experts

2. Bring Your Own Talent (BYOT)
Client's existing remote workers transitioned to Worca offices.
- Use Case: Convert remote contractors to in-office accountability
- Worca Role: Office space, infrastructure, 60-hour accountability
- Client Role: Retains contractor relationship
- Terms: Covered under staffing terms (TaaS) — to be extended for BYOT scenarios

Referral Partner
Client referral program.

Fee Structure
- TaaS: 35% take rate
- Direct Hire Transition: 25%
Sunset Services
The following services are no longer offered to new clients:
- Employer of Record (EOR) — Legal employment for clients without local entities
- Bring Your Own Contractor (BYOC) — Payroll/EOR for client's existing contractors
- Global Recruiting — Direct hire placements
