About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale our talent matching platform. You’ll work closely with our product and design teams to deliver features that help companies find exceptional talent faster.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement new features for our matching platform
- Improve system performance and reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions
- Collaborate with product managers to shape the roadmap
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Experience with Node.js and PostgreSQL
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML systems
- Background in HR tech or marketplace platforms
- Open source contributions
